Royal Mail Standard 2-3 Day Shipping is complimentary with all U.K. orders over £50. For orders under £50, Royal Mail Standard Shipping is £3.95.
Royal Mail Next Day Shipping is complimentary with all U.K. orders over £100. For orders under £100, Royal Mail Next Day Shipping is £5.95.
Hourglass Cosmetics orders are typically processed within two business days. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next available business day.
Royal Mail Next Day Shipping qualifies on the next working day if ordered before 1 pm.
For all Northern Ireland and Scotland orders please allow an additional 48 hours for delivery. No deliveries are made on Saturday-Sunday.
We are unable to ship to Channel Islands or Isle of Man at this time.
Due to import restrictions imposed by local governments, we do not ship to freight forwarders.
DPD shipping will be used with Royal Mail restricted items, including Veil Mineral Primer (all sizes), Veil Mineral Eye Primer.
